Through our structured Impacts, Risks and Opportunities (IRO) methodology, we engaged stakeholders across the business and value chain to identify and prioritise the sustainability issues most critical to long-term success.

The outcome was a clear, evidence-based roadmap that enables Walls Construction to embed sustainability into strategic decision-making, strengthen stakeholder confidence, and create long-term environmental and economic value.

We partnered with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) — a global technology company operating in 50 countries worldwide — to embed sustainability as a key driver of business transformation. 

By applying our structured Impacts, Risks, and Opportunities (IRO) framework, we helped ALE integrate sustainability into its core operations — aligning purpose with performance across the organisation. 

Vista Alegre Atlantis, one of the world’s leading ceramics manufacturers, conducted its first Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) supported by Future Planet. The company is now integrating sustainability into business strategy – stemming from the DMA.
